Core10 Launches Monarch to Streamline B2B SaaS Implementation

When every second counts toward innovation and growth, B2B SaaS companies are continually seeking ways to enhance customer experiences, streamline operational efficiencies, and outpace the competition.

Core10, a leading partner in digital transformation and innovation for banks and fintech companies, has long been committed to providing solutions that reduce manual inefficiencies, drive customer growth, and unlock new revenue opportunities. Core10 continues to build on that commitment with the launch of Monarch Professional Services Group. This new division specializes in supporting the B2B SaaS, capital markets, and wealth management industries to streamline software adoption and optimize technology stack efficiency.

The Genesis of Monarch

The idea of Monarch originated over five years ago when FINTOP Capital’s managing partner Joe Maxwell and co-founder and general partner Rick Kushel envisioned a potential new offering in SaaS implementation services. They approached Lee Farabaugh, former president of Core10 and now president of Monarch, and the Core10 team, to harness their 100% U.S.-based Hereshore® team for a specific customer implementation. Starting with a modest team, this initiative has blossomed into a 35+ expert powerhouse that today serves notable clients like DealCloud.

Farabaugh expressed her excitement for this new venture, “Monarch is truly representative of my passion for professional services and our team’s SaaS platform expertise. I am excited to launch Monarch and draw upon the many resources that Core10 offers that will further assist the Monarch team.”

“Having Lee at the helm of Monarch plays perfectly to her talents, especially due to the tremendous success of Core10’s professional services, where she was instrumental in leading those efforts. We will be able to build on the Core10 business models’ success to accelerate Monarch’s growth.”

Monarch’s Mission and Services

Monarch provides implementation and customer success services for leading financial service CRM and SaaS platforms. The company streamlines the software adoption process for SaaS businesses to onboard customers faster, keep customers longer, and generate more revenue. It addresses critical industry pain points such as onboarding backlogs and staffing issues.

The division takes a consultative-based approach, crafting and configuring tailored workflows for end-users. Monarch’s expertise spans CRM and SaaS platform configuration, customer success, managed services, and business intelligence. As a Salesforce consulting partner, Monarch specializes in the platform’s implementation and configuration.

Monarch’s Impact and Future

Monarch isn’t just another division; it’s a holistic movement toward more efficient, customer-centric, and revenue-generating SaaS platforms. Beyond implementing software solutions with best-in-class specialists, Monarch also builds custom connectors between SaaS and CRM products. Its Hereshore® alternative to offshoring ensures that tech jobs are retained within mid-sized North American communities, fostering local talent and expertise.

In addition to Farabaugh’s leadership, Anthony Alexander, a long-standing leader for Monarch projects, will serve as Vice President of Operations and Delivery.
